As a major contributor to the performing arts in Canada, Richard Stoker held the position of Manager of Programming and Promotion for the Arts and Culture Centres in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador from 1975-2010. For 3 years, he led the CAPACOA board as President and was a founding member and leader for several arts organizations. en
